Service Description
Wedding Ceremony Package (Standard) Your wedding ceremony should feel thoughtful, affirming, and unrushed—without you having to manage the details. This package is designed to give us the time and space to truly build something meaningful together. What’s Included: Personalized Consultation & Planning One initial consultation to get to know you, your story, and your vision At least two additional planning consultations to shape the ceremony details, language, and flow Custom Ceremony Script A fully custom-written ceremony script using inclusive, affirming language Intentional reflection of your values, relationship, and chosen family Revisions included so the ceremony feels fully aligned with you Rehearsal Support Ceremony rehearsal attendance to help everyone feel confident and at ease Gentle guidance for timing, positioning, and transitions Wedding Day Ceremony Officiation of your wedding ceremony (up to 30 minutes) A calm, grounding presence on your wedding day Arrival with a built-in buffer to ensure nothing feels rushed Time Commitment 6- 8 hours of dedicated time with you (including consultations, rehearsal, and ceremony) Additional behind-the-scenes preparation, writing, and coordination occur as needed to support your ceremony ADD ONS * Enhanced - includes all of the Standard plus extended rehearsal support and/or vow support - 9-12 hours *Premium - includes all of Standard and Enhanced, plus travel outside of the travel area (Atlanta Metropolis) and/or custom add-ons - 12-18 hours
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposits: A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and your agreement is signed. Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund of your deposit. After 48 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as preparation begins immediately. If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date based on availability. Payment: Remaining balances are due prior to the ceremony date. Payment details will be shared during booking. Time & Services: Each service includes the time and consultations outlined in your selected package. Ceremonies typically last 20–30 minutes unless otherwise arranged. Travel: Services are offered within my listed service area. Travel outside this area may include an additional fee, discussed in advance. Inclusivity & Respect: Respect for identities, pronouns, and boundaries is expected from all involved. Legal Notes: Clients are responsible for obtaining their marriage license. I will complete and sign all required documents as part of the ceremony. These policies help ensure every ceremony is approached with care, clarity, and intention.
